Before You Book
The questions everyone asks.
Men and women ask the same things. Here are honest, direct answers — no upsell, no spin.
Is laser hair removal actually permanent?
Yes — the destruction of the follicle is permanent. Hormonal changes (pregnancy, menopause, thyroid shifts) can occasionally trigger dormant follicles to grow later, but most clients are completely hair-free permanently after their 6–8 session course. If new hairs do appear years later, a single touch-up session handles it.
Does it hurt? What does it actually feel like?
Most clients describe it as a quick warm snap — nothing like waxing. Our applicator has built-in cooling, and the AI-guided system adjusts intensity to your skin and pain threshold automatically. Sensitive areas like the upper lip take about a minute and feel like a brief warm pulse.
How many sessions do I actually need?
Honest answer: it depends on hair density, skin tone, hormones, and the area. Most clients see complete results in 6–8 sessions across 3 months. Some need fewer, some need a few more. We build a bespoke plan at your free consultation and tell you upfront what to expect — no padding the number to sell more sessions.
Does it work on my skin tone?
With older single-wavelength lasers, often no — they only worked on light skin. Our 2026 device uses four wavelengths from one applicator, including YAG 1064nm specifically built for darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick V and VI). We treat every skin tone safely. Tanned skin too.
I'm a man. Is laser hair removal actually for me?
Absolutely — men are our fastest-growing segment. We do beard sculpting, neck line cleanup, chest, back, shoulders, abdomen, ears, nose, and full body daily. Coarse male hair responds particularly well to the 4-wavelength laser. And you'll never deal with razor burn on your neck again.
What happens at the free consultation?
15 minutes. We assess your skin tone (Fitzpatrick scale), hair type, and the areas you want treated. The AI scans a small test patch to confirm settings. We give you a session-by-session plan, an exact per-session price, and an honest answer about expected outcomes. No deposit, no pressure. You decide whether to book.
How is "pay as you go" different from packages?
Most clinics make you prepay $3,000–$5,000 upfront for 6–8 sessions. If it doesn't work for you, your money's gone. We charge per session — $28 for underarms, $86 for a Brazilian, $94 for a full leg. You stop the day you're done. That's it.
What's the money-back guarantee actually cover?
If after your first session you're unhappy — for any reason — call us and we refund that session. We don't ask why. The only catch: we won't be able to treat that area again, because we're not in the business of doing work that didn't make you happy.
