All products purchased at New You Cosmetic Spas can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days if unopened, unused, and is in resalable condition.

There are no refunds for any cosmetic treatments or on pre-paid packages. All sales are final.

If you wish to use the monetary amount you paid for (service only) toward another service, the value spent will be honoured.

PACKAGES DO NOT EXPIRE.

You can transfer your full package to a family member or friend. This only applies to fully paid packages and excludes packages that are on a payment plan.

CASH REFUNDS

Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise was purchased on. In the event there is no receipt showing credit card used or credit card is not available, New You Cosmetics will issue a store credit.

STORE CREDIT

Store credits are issued in the form of a New You Cosmetic Spas Gift Certificate which can be used at the customer’s convenience.
